The Mindful Hike is an initiative that brings people together to move, observe and just be in nature to support not only physical health but mental wellbeing

 

Backed by science and research, moving in nature has profound impacts on the brain that are influenced by being surrounded by green and blue space and by socialising and interacting with like minded individuals. 

 I took a walk in the woods and came out taller than the trees

For the purpose of connecting back to nature to support mental wellbeing

Sitting/Standing guided mindful practice by Sam
