This practice is highly individualised and suitable for regaining an energy baseline, mental wellbeing support, musculoskeletal rehabilitation and even athlete relaxation.
Movement Rehabilitation
Rehabilitation to build functional capacity during/after injury, illness or chronic condition. Strength and proprioceptive based movements all set to suit one's needs, ability and access to movement. Home programs, gym and in session movement are just some of the options available.
Lifestyle management
Involving education and practical application of things such as;
- pacing strategies
- boom/bust energy patterns
- balancing commitments e.g. work, school, study, sport
- stress, burnout and coping strategies through movement
