What is an Exercise Physiologist? 
An Accredited Exercise Physiologist is a university qualified allied health professional equipped with the knowledge, skills and competencies to design, deliver and evaluate safe and effective exercise interventions for people with acute, sub-acute or chronic medical conditions, injuries or disabilities. In this field, an Exercise Physiologist can provide services to those living with pathologies and challenges including cardiovascular, metabolic, neurological, musculoskeletal, cancers, kidney, respiratory / pulmonary, fatigue related conditions and mental health. 
Can I use Private Health Insurance, Medicare and or NDIS to work with you, even through Telehealth?
Absolutely. I offer a wide variety of claimable services, even through Telehealth! Please inform me within or prior to our first session if you choose to use any of these supports. You are more than welcome to get in contact to discuss anything if you need more clarification. 
Do I need a referral to work with you? 
No referral needed! You are more than welcome to book straight in or get in touch with me to see if I am the right fit for you and your needs. 
Do I have to have an injury or chronic condition to work with you? 
No you don't. I love working with anyone and everyone. I work with many people for self care, mental and physical management as well as those wishing to further their yoga practice and even athletes!
