Yoga
Working one-on-one, Sam utilises yoga in a therapeutic way to create a safe, supported and knowledgable way to work through rehabilitative or health needs. 

Taking referrals from all health care professionals, Sam works side by side with her clients to ensure they are heard, seen and valued.


Sessions are run via Telehealth or in person based upon location. 
Who would benefit?
  • Those living with chronic conditions wishing for a more integrated approach to rehabilitation 
  • Any person living with fatigue, fatigue related and mental health conditions
  • New students who wish to know more about the practice of yoga 
  • Yoga practitioners wishing to enhance their practice and or manage injury
What would this treatment pathway look like?
1. Detailed initial assessment discussing physical, mental, emotional and lifestyle factors of health

2. Prescribed individualised yoga practice based on your needs including: 
- Movement (asana) 
- Breathing (pranayama) 
- Meditation (dhyana)
- Management tools, strategies and education

3. Long term based eduction, and management strategies to maintain, build capacity and develop tools to support ones self in every day life.
